Cost:
The cost of a player ticket (over 18) is 35 pounds, although as a way of supporting your faction, there is a £40 ticket option that you may choose. This does not give you anything extra, but allows you to give a little back to your faction).
The cost of a player ticket with a (very limited) bunk space is 45 pounds.
Children over 5 but under 18 are £10.00.
Under 5s go free.

All individuals intending to book as Staff must speak with Harts Command prior to booking.

Catering:
The event will be catered by Caggles Catering for 28 pounds (Under 5s eat free, 5-16 and unemployed half price). Menu to be put on Facebook and this booking site when known. Please request a meal ticket at cagglescatering@gmail.com and provide dietary requirements. Please pay via Paypal using the same e-mail address. You must request your mealticket by 15^th of June at the very latest.

Event T-Shirts

These will be available for pre-order only at a cost of £15. T-shirts can be added to your booking and will be brought to the event. T-shirts MUST be booked and paid for by the 10th June, or the T-Shirt element of your booking will be cancelled.

Bar:
There will be a bar on-site that will accept OC Cash (and card subject to mobile telephone signal). ALL attendees at the event will be provided with a wristband. A challenge 25 policy will be in place on the Friday Night when you check in. If you do not appear to be 25 and are not in possession of ID proving you are over 18, then you will be provided with a wristband that will prevent you from being served alcohol at the bar. If you clearly look over 25, or are able to prove you are over 18 at check-in then you will be provided with a wristband that will allow you to be served alcohol at the bar.

Wristbands must be worn at all times by ALL people on-site. Staff and monsters included.

Times:
Friday night is an OOC social.
Saturday: Time in 10am. Time out 2am.
Sunday: Time in 10am. Time out 13:30 approx.

Crew:
Due to the social nature of the event only a small monster crew are required. Please contact Jack Watkinson or Doug Watson (if you don't know how, then email command@hartsofalbion.co.uk) if you would be interested in crewing.

Accommodation;
A very limited number of player bunks are available and should be booked by selecting the Player Ticket - With Bunk option during booking. The extra fee for a bunk is £10

Bookings:
Booking online will invite you to pay via PayPal. If you would like to "Book now and pay later" this is OK. Please ensure you are paid by the 17th June or your ticket may be reallocated.

Bookings for tickets and/or food cancelled before 28th May will be offered a full refund (less PayPal processing fees).

Booking for tickets and/or food cancelled between 1st June and 14th June will be offered a 50% refund (less PayPal processing fees).

No refund will be offered for bookings for tickets and/or food cancelled on or after 15th June.
