My people,

The Vale of Avalon is the heart of our realm. It beats for all to hear.

Where the Spirit of Albion is made corporeal, there shall we find what we seek. There we shall walk Sir Bedivere's path, find the power, and fill the vessel.

Though foe and fiend hunt, they shall not find, for in the Heart of the Mists we'll stand guard.

The Mists are calling. I intend to answer. Will you join your voice to mine?

Come the tenth month, muster at Poynton Keep, and march with me.

As it becomes clear that a quest of great importance points towards Avalon, Albion and it’s allies prepare to march into the mists. Clues point towards a piece of the round table being kept within it’s mystery, as well as possible answers to many unknowns. This will be no easy quest. Asmodeus has flown into the mists seeking something of great power, spurred on by forces yet unknown. As if this wasn’t enough, the mists themselves are one of the most dangerous places in Albion. It is time to venture into the mists of Avalon, and for those who enter, hope for an exit once their quest is done. The Harts of Albion present, Mistbound.

THREAT:

Mistbound is a medium combat, high threat weekend long campaign event.

DATES:

11th-13th October 2019

COST:

The cost of a player ticket is 45 pounds (excluding any meal costs)

Monstering and staffing are both free.

CATERING:

The event will be catered by Caggles Catering for 30 pounds. Menu to be put on facebook/booking site when known. Please request a meal ticket at cagglescatering@gmail.com and provide dietary requirements. Please pay via Paypal using the same e-mail address. You must request your ticket by 1st October at the very latest.

TIMES:

Time in will be at approx 9pm on Friday after dinner.

Time out will be from approximately 1am to 10am on Friday and Saturday nights and from approx 2pm on Sunday.

AGE:

This is an 18+ event.

CREW:

Crewing is free with a wide variety of roles occurring throughout the weekend, due to the nature of the event we cannot stress enough how vaired monstering will be!

Monsters get free pies late on Saturday night!! Monsters still need to buy a meal ticket if not self-catering.

STAFF:

If you believe you should be booking as staff please contact Harts Command prior to making your booking.

ACCOMODATION:

There are limited bunks on site, which will be primarily made available to Monsters and Staff (and can be booked via this booking system), if you beileve you require one for medical reasons please contact Harts command via command@hartsofalbion.co.uk otherwise please assume you will be camping.

BOOKINGS:

Players can enter the "Draw" to book by completing the google form as found on the Harts Facebook Page.

If sucessful you will have your booking processed manually via this booking site and then you will be invited to pay via PayPal.

Monsters and Staff can book directly using this system. If you wish to book as Staff, please contact the command team BEFORE booking. Unauthorised Staff bookings will be deleted.

PAYMENT:

Payment must be received in full by 7th October or your ticket will be released to the next waiting player.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Tickets Cancelled with more than 2 weeks until the event date will receive 100% refund (minus PayPal fees if applicable). Tickets cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund if the ticket cannot be allocated to another player (if you or we manage to find another player to take up your ticket then you will receive a full refund) due to the fact that we will have already paid money for Props, Site fees etc based on numbers up to that point. If you cancel your booking in the 7 days leading up to the event and we are not able to re-sell your ticket then you will not be entitled to a refund.

PLEASE NOTE - THE HARTS OF ALBION DO NOT OPERATE A GATE-BOOKING SYSTEM FOR PLAYERS, STAFF OR MONSTERS. IF YOU ARE NOT BOOKED ON THE EVENT THEN FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE SITE. PLEASE DO NOT SET-OFF WITHOUT BOOKING FIRST AS WE WOULD NOT LIKE TO TURN ANYONE AWAY.
