OOC Information

PLAYER BOOKINGS!

We have reached our balance point where by we have a good number of monsters and players and would like to maintain it, therefore we ask anyone who is looking to book as a player to find a friend to comealong as a monster also. All Player bookings shall therefore be queued until confirmation is received that a monster buddy is booked also. For more information we are available at command@hartsofalbion.co.uk as always.

Dates:
1^st – 3^rd April 2016

Cost:
The cost of a player ticket is 43 pounds
Monstering and staffing are both free and Monsters will get hot pies as a midnight snack on Saturday!!
All individuals intending to book as Staff must speak with Harts Command prior to booking.

Catering:
The event will be catered by Caggles Catering for 25 pounds. Menu to be put on Facebook and this booking site when known. Please request a meal ticket at cagglescatering@gmail.com and provide dietary requirements. Please pay via Paypal using the same e-mail address. You must request your ticket by 25^th of March at the very latest.

Times:
Friday: Time in 9pm approx. (after dinner). Time out 2am.
Saturday: Time in 10am. Time out 2am.
Sunday: Time in 10am. Time out 13:30 approx.

Crew:
Crewing is free with a variety of roles occurring throughout the weekend! Monsters still need to buy a meal ticket if not self-catering (see front of leaflet for catering info).

A very limited number of bunks are available for Crew and Staff, these will be assigned on a first come first served basis via the booking site.

Accommodation;

There will be a limited number of FREE bunks available for Monsters, on a first come first served basis, these are automatically recorded when you book as a monster. If you intend to monster but do not require a bunk please contact us at command@hartsofalbion.co.uk

Bookings:
Booking online will invite you to pay via PayPal. We are happy for you to do this! However, please consider paying by cheque (in post to address above) which will save the Faction nearly 2 pounds per booking. You can book electronically then send the cheque IMMEDIATELY in the post.
